Advanced Booking (ONLINE)
All online classes begin with a deep relaxation through focus on the breathing and energy sensations in the body. Then we do a warm-up, which combines Meridian Qigong forms to gently open up the meridians. And finally, we practice one or two forms from 5 Element Qigong (Dragon Qigong, Tiger Qigong, Leopard Qigong, Snake Qigong and Crane Qigong) and/or 8 Trigram Organ Qigong (6 Healing Sounds, Dragon Back, Spiral Palm and more).
Qigong to Self Connection & Healing
Tuesdays (OUTDOORS/at Riverside)
7:00am - 8:30am
This class starts with a deep relaxation by focusing on the breathing and energy sensations in the body. Then, we continue with the Meridian Qigong as a warm-up. And finally, we practice one or two Qigong forms depending on the level of the students.
Qigong to Boost Your Energy
Thursdays (OUTDOORS/at Riverside)
7:30am - 8:30am
On this class we focus on leading healing energy throughout the whole body and/or a specific organ. Learning one or two dynamic Qigong forms and complete with a standing meditation to store the gathered energy inside the body.
Qigong to Reduce Stress & Anxiety
Saturdays ONLY ADVANCED BOOKING (OUTDOORS/at Riverside)
8:30am - 9:30am
This class starts with a deep relaxation through focusing on the breathing and energy sensations in the body. Then, as usual Meridian Qigong, 5 Element Qigong form, and/or 8 Trigram Organ Qigong.
Transforming the stress and anxiety into peace and feeling of support is one of the goals in this class.

Face To Face (at Riverside or Your Place)
On private classes I work closely with people based on their needs, both physical and emotional. We progressively go deeper into the Qigong forms, polishing the posture combined with the breathing. For a maximum result the learner needs a regular self-practice.
