Advanced Booking (ONLINE)
All online classes begin with a deep relaxation through focus on the breathing and energy sensations in the body. Then we do a warm-up, which combines Meridian Qigong forms to gently open up the meridians. And finally, we practice one or two forms from 5 Element Qigong (Dragon Qigong, Tiger Qigong, Leopard Qigong, Snake Qigong and Crane Qigong) and/or 8 Trigram Organ Qigong (6 Healing Sounds, Dragon Back, Spiral Palm and more).
